General Health
SOCIAL DISTANCE
Keep at least a 6 FEET distance between yourself and another person. Avoid large gatherings outside of your living unit of more than 10 people.
COVER
If you are going back to campus, keep yourself and others safe by simply wearing a mask. This is one of the easiest ways to stop the spread of COVID-19 as it covers your mouth and nose if you sneeze or cough.
If you have a washable mask, make sure to wash it with each use as bacteria can continue to latch onto your mask. If you have a disposable mask, dispose of it properly.
HYGIENE
Wash your hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 SECONDS. This will get rid of any bacteria left on your hands. Handsanitzer will also help, but it SHOULD NOT replace proper hand washing.
COMMON HEALTH
- Avoid people that are sick.
- If you are sick, STAY HOME!
- Take in proper nutrition, get enough sleep, and frequently hydrate to keep up a proper immune system.
